On Saturday, May 30th, more than 150 organizations have come together to organize a major march and rally in Seattle to support the goal of winning quality, affordable health care for everyone in 2009.
Senator Patty Murray is scheduled to open the march and Congressman Jim McDermott is scheduled to close at the rally.
“Major marches and rallies have influenced policy makers throughout the history of our country, and now is the time to demonstrate the will of the people and raise the demand for quality, affordable health care for all.”
